Submitting a callback request, quote request or assistant conversation is a request for us to contact you — it does not create a booking or a binding agreement, and prices are not confirmed until we provide them. Any price ranges or estimates shown on the site are indicative only. Firm pricing is given before work begins, based on the actual job, and the work itself is covered by a separate agreement made with you at that time.
Emergencies
If you have a plumbing or gas emergency, please call us on 0448 471 377 rather than relying on a form or the online assistant, which may not be seen straight away. If there is a risk to safety, contact the relevant emergency service.
