How does your pricing work?

Every plumbing job is different, so we give you an honest price in person rather than a vague figure over the internet. Give us a call, tell us what’s going on, and we’ll arrange a time to come out and quote it properly.

How quickly can you get to me?

For emergencies we aim to be on site within 60 minutes right across our service area. Book before noon and we can usually get to non-urgent jobs the same day.

Are your plumbers licensed and insured?

Yes — fully insured, licensed for plumbing work, and a licensed gas fitter (GF 18736) with full public liability cover. We're happy to show our credentials on request.

Do you quote over the phone or online?

No — we quote in person. A licensed plumber comes to your door, assesses the job properly, and gives you a clear fixed price before any work begins. It’s the only way to quote a plumbing job accurately and fairly.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer 15% off labour for pensioners, carers and seniors, and we’ll beat any like-for-like written quote. Just mention it when you call.

Do you provide upfront pricing?

Always. Once we’ve assessed the job in person we give you a clear, fixed price before any work begins — you approve it first, and that’s the price you pay. No hourly surprises and no hidden extras added on at the end.

Can you help outside normal business hours?

Yes. We run 24/7 emergency callouts for genuine emergencies — burst pipes, major leaks, blocked drains and no hot water — including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Just call and we’ll get to you as fast as we can.

Do I speak directly with the plumber?

Yes. When you call, you deal directly with the plumber doing the work — not a call centre. That means clear communication, no messages lost in translation, and one person accountable for the job from start to finish.

What areas do you service?
